NextGen champions crowned in Chicago

The FIP Promises Tour event in Chicago has concluded, showcasing the rising stars of padel. The tournament delivered strong performances across the youth categories, with players from Argentina, Mexico, and the United States leaving their mark.

Under 18 title for Kalil and Gonzalez

In the boys’ Under 18 draw, Alejandro Kalil and Emiliano Antonio Gonzalez claimed the championship. After defeating Juan Pablo Coana Puc and Axel Mendoza Colin in the semi‑finals 6‑0, 6‑2, the duo overcame Pablo Avina and Diego De La Cruz in the final 6‑1, 7‑5.

De La Cruz shines in Under 16

Despite falling short in the Under 18 final, Diego De La Cruz captured the Under 16 crown alongside Jorge Chaul. Their consistency throughout the draw confirmed their place among the most promising talents of the event.

Benvenutto and Costantini triumph in Under 14

The youngest category also delivered excitement, with Vitto Benvenutto and Santiago Costantini securing the Under 14 title. Their victory highlighted the depth of talent emerging from the NextGen ranks.
