A new padel club is set to transform the former Ulster Tatler premises on Boucher Road, Belfast. The site, which housed the lifestyle magazine for over four decades, has been vacant since early 2025 and is now the focus of a £1.5 million investment aimed at revitalizing the area.

The proposed facility, led by the FEAT4 brand, marks its first venture into Northern Ireland. Plans include five indoor padel courts built to international standards, a café, a gym and recovery studio, changing rooms, and a pro shop. The development also features 24 car parking spaces and 10 cycle bays, designed to accommodate both casual visitors and dedicated athletes.

The planning application, submitted by Crock Partnerships Ltd with support from TSA Planning, emphasizes the strategic reuse of the site. The proposal outlines how the project would make efficient use of underutilised land, aligning with sustainable development goals and local planning policy.
